The screen layouts created to our menu items are very functional in our fast paced environment. We are able to use our menu item codes for the button names making the transaction from the guests check to the register very simple. The ability to have a validator, which we could not find any other point of sale register systems, is very helpful in trouble-shooting customer problems. After a short training period and some practice, our managers are able to use the Future POS systems rapidly and accurately. Having only one computer system to house our register and inventory programs has resulted in a great reduction of computer hardware expense and a user friendly system for our managers.
The Enterprise system in our corporate offices has given us the ability to see up to the minute sales information with a click of the mouse. When making changes on the Enterprise system it will uniformly change each and every one of our registers giving us a new confidence."
