Rock & Run Brewery Offers Distinctive Craft Brews and Wood-Fired Delights
As part of our Dealer Installs series, we’ve invited our dealers to share some of their new and exciting Future POS installations. Today’s post looks at Rock & Run Brewery and Pub located in Liberty, Missouri. An installation completed by Future POS authorized dealer, POS Partners, Inc.
Opened in October of 2013, Rock & Run Brewery is a craft beer lover’s heaven. With forty craft beers on tap, ten of which are brewed on site, the selection alone is enough to draw beer connoisseurs from near and far. You can check out their house-made beer selection here. The Brewery also offers a pub menu featuring wood-fired pizzas, the perfect pairing for a cold beer, as well as sandwiches, salads, and pasta dishes. All dishes are prepared with a healthier approach by the Brewery’s executive chef and most contain locally sourced ingredients.
The install includes four point-of-sale terminals and a server machine which runs the two dynamic digital signage menuboards (see image gallery above for pictures of the digital beer list). The restaurant also uses eight Talon surveillance cameras, which interface with the point-of-sale system. The cameras enable management to pre-program system activities to trigger the camera, for example, a “drawer open” action may trigger the camera to record for X number of seconds. This option provides an added layer of security that helps management “see” what’s going on in the restaurant without having to be present twenty-four hours a day.
